Our low over-head means the savings get passed along to you. Finishing up your new Rack Card, Postcard or Tent Card? When you're ready, we've made it even easier to send your file(s) for print. Clicking on the link "Upload Files" above will open our WeTransfer Page where you can initiate an upload directly to us. Simply attach the files you wish to send, fill out a little information and send it directly to our inbox. But, before you send us your amazing project we should review a few things to ensure the file(s) you're sending are just right!
Files with or without Bleed can both be right.
A common mistake with files being supplied is a lack of crop marks or bleed. What do we mean? Bleed is the area around the project that is printed and then trimmed off. We prefer if your document has a 1/8″ bleed. If there is no bleed – no problem, just make sure your text/images are away from the edge of the document. And, try to avoid borders. If a border is too close to the cutline, the print may result in a slightly off-centered cut. See the diagram.
PDF (Portable Document Format) is an industry standard in print. Along with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and a few others. When exporting from your program to PDF please use Press Quality setting (or similar high resolution setting) and turn on trim marks and put 1/8″ of bleed on the job. This is so we can cut your job to size and avoid any white around the edge. All files supplied should be in CMYK colour space and have fonts converted to outlines or curves to avoid issues.
